This is Sports on the Brain and I am your humble host Michael. This is the place to be to get your New York sports fix.

I'm just a kid from Queens, NYC born and raised. I eat, breathe, sleep and live NY Sports, especially my teams, the Giants, the Knicks, the Mets and the Rangers. Don't worry though, I've got friends and family who love the "other" NY teams, so I'll be covering them too.

I'll be flying solo but will be having interviews and guest drop ins along the way.
